Wow, this Toyota C-HR looks beautiful. The black color makes it look even better. I felt really proud standing next to it. SAT Japan helped make this car purchase possible, and I am very happy to see the final result. I hope to enjoy many good trips with my new car.
The radio system wasn't working correctly when I got the car. SAT Japan told me this was noted in the inspection sheet, which I had missed. Lesson learned to read everything closely, but overall, the car is solid and clean.
There could be improvements on the website to avoid any technical issues but otherwise I am satisfied as I got my Toyota CHR at a good deal.
I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

Beautiful car and very comfortable to drive. The interior feels premium and the ride is quiet. I only noticed some small wear inside because of age, but I can accept that. SAT Japan made the purchase straightforward.
Really like this car. Comfortable, smooth on the road and enough space for my family. I received regular shipping information from SAT Japan and the vehicle looked almost same as the photos. Good experience overall.
Was little nervous before the car arrived because this was my first time buying from Japan. But the Probox came in good shape and starts without any issue. There was a small scratch on the body, nothing serious. SAT Japan answered my questions whenever I contacted them.
I bought this Hiace mainly for work and honestly it has been a good choice. Very spacious and engine feels strong. The buying process was easy and the documents from SAT Japan came properly. Happy with the van.
