Nissan SKYLINE COUPE

I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

I will be honest, my experience was not as good as I hoped. SAT Japan was able to get the car to me, but I felt the process had some problems. I wanted better communication and a smoother experience.

Toyota PROBOX VAN

The car looks good, but my feelings about SAT Japan are mixed. I was excited to receive the vehicle, but I also had some concerns along the way. There is so much delay in the process, which is frightening for me as a first-time buyer. I expected the whole process to be easier and more smooth. The car itself gave me a good feeling, but the service could have been better.

Needed a Toyota Hiace for business and this one is doing the job well. Engine feels good and there is lots of useful space. Some small wear inside, which is normal for used van. SAT Japan gave clear shipping updates, so overall I am pleased.
