Toyota COROLLA AXIO

Receiving my Toyota Corolla Axio Hybrid was happy day for me. The vehicle looks even better in real life than in pictures. Sat Japan gave me confidence because they explained every document and every payment clearly. There was never confusion during the purchase. The car arrived clean, comfortable and drives beautifully. Hybrid system is working perfectly and fuel economy is amazing. I like that they did not disappear after payment and continued giving support until I received my vehicle. This kind of customer care is not easy to find these days. I am thankful for everything and will surely come back when I need another Japanese car.

Suzuki ALTO

Simple car but very nice quality. I was searching many websites before choosing Sat Japan because I wanted company I can trust. After receiving my Suzuki Alto, I know I made right decision. The whole buying process was easy and transparent. They answered emails quickly and kept me informed until delivery. The car is clean inside, starts immediately and drives very smoothly around town. Fuel saving is excellent which is exactly what I needed. I feel Sat Japan really checks their vehicles carefully before selling. Toyota PROBOX VAN

I bought this Toyota Probox mainly for work and it is doing the job perfectly. Sat Japan helped me choose one that matched my budget instead of trying to sell expensive models. I respect this kind of business. Delivery took little longer than I hoped but they informed me about every stage, so I stayed relaxed. The car came in good mechanical condition and drives smoothly every day. Everything important was exactly as described before shipment. Honda VEZEL

My Honda Vezel Hybrid is now with me and I enjoy every drive. What impressed me most was not only the vehicle but the service. Sat Japan handled all paperwork and guided me step by step. I never felt lost during the process. The SUV arrived looking fresh with no bad surprises. Engine is quiet and fuel consumption is excellent. Even my friends asked if the car was brand new because condition is so nice. I feel my money was well spent. I appreciate everybody who worked on my order. Suzuki SOLIO BANDIT

Very good experience from start until I received my Suzuki Solio Hybrid. Sat Japan always sent updates so I never worry where my car was. This gave me peace of mind because importing was my first time. The vehicle came exactly like auction photos with clean interior and smooth driving. I was surprised how spacious this small car is. Price was fair and communication was always respectful. Now I understand why many people recommend Sat Japan. They really know how to help customer. Toyota SUCCEED VAN

I finally got my Toyota Succeed and I can say Sat Japan made whole process much easier than I expected. Before buying I asked many questions because I was not sure about import. Their staff never become tired and always explain in simple way. The car arrived looking very clean and engine feels strong. It is perfect for my daily business and fuel economy is also nice. Everything matched what they promised before shipment. I appreciate the honesty because there was no hidden surprise after receiving the vehicle. My family also likes the condition very much. Toyota COROLLA FIELDER

For me this was worth it. I searched many websites before deciding and finally selected Sat Japan because reviews looked genuine. Now I understand why. The process was easy enough even for someone with little experience importing cars. Staff answered every message politely. My car arrived in good condition with no unexpected damage. Only reason I give 4 out of 5 instead of full marks is because I wished shipping moved little quicker. Apart from that I have no complaints. The vehicle performs excellent and my family is very happy with it. I will definitely consider Sat Japan again in future.

Mercedes Benz E-CLASS

Very nice experience with Sat Japan. I was expecting good car, but what came was even better. Exterior shining, interior very clean and engine running quietly. They helped me choose the right vehicle according to my budget instead of pushing expensive options. That made me trust them more. Shipping information was shared regularly and I never felt ignored.
