Nissan SKYLINE COUPE

I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

Toyota COROLLA FIELDER

Best purchase experience I had with imported vehicle. The car reach me in very good condition and inspection showed no serious issue. What impressed me most was how organized Sat Japan was during the whole journey. Every document, every update and every question handled professionally. I like that they gave many vehicle options instead of forcing one choice. It helped me find exactly what fit my budget. Now after driving the car for some weeks, I am very satisfied. Smooth drive, clean interior and strong performance. For service, communication and vehicle quality, I give full marks.

Toyota PROBOX VAN

My experience with Sat Japan was positive from beginning until delivery day. I was searching affordable Japanese car and found many exporters online. Some websites looked nice but replies were slow. Sat Japan was different. Every step was clear and I always knew what was happening with my order. Car arrived looking same as photos. Engine start first time, AC cold, everything working good. Of course used car can have small signs of age, but overall condition was better than expected. I appreciate their honesty and customer service. Would recommend to anyone importing first car from Japan.

Honestly I was checking many exporters before choosing Sat Japan. What make difference for me was communication. They send photos, explain vehicle history and never push me to buy quickly. The Toyota I received is very clean and fuel economy is excellent. It drive smooth and feels much newer than I expected for the price. Another thing I appreciate is transparency. If I ask something, they tell directly. No confusing information. Even when there was delay from shipping side, they informed me before I had to ask. Good company and good people.

Toyota REGIUS VAN

For me, Sat Japan was not only selling a car. They helped me understand whole import process. I had many questions and sometimes same question again and again. They answer every time. The vehicle arrived in good shape and exactly like auction report. No hidden damage and no major problem. Registration process was also easy because documents were prepared correctly. Shipping took little longer than I hoped, so this is why not full 5 stars. But the important thing is the car arrived safely and runs excellent. Would buy again? Yes, I think so.

Toyota SUCCEED VAN

I received my vehicle from Sat Japan last month and everything come better than I expected. At first I was little worried because buying car from another country is not small thing. But Sat Japan keep updating me about shipping, documents and arrival. Car condition was very clean. Engine smooth, interior fresh and no surprise issue when I collect it. What I like most is they not disappear after payment. Many company only answer before money sent, but Sat Japan support team still reply my questions after delivery. The process take some patience because international shipping is not fast, but overall experience was very good. I already recommend them to two friends looking for Japanese cars.

Suzuki ALTO

The Suzuki Alto has been a pleasant surprise. Despite its compact size, it feels surprisingly practical and economical. Parking is effortless, fuel consumption is excellent and it is ideal for daily commuting in busy areas. SAT Japan deserves credit for making the purchase process smooth and straightforward.
