Our church needed a reliable van to help with transport, especially during choir events and outreach trips. We fundraised for some months and finally decided to import instead of buying locally. As a first-time car buyer, I was very nervous about importing a car directly. My friends and family warned me about scams or poor-quality vehicles. But after doing a lot of research, I came across SAT Japan. Their cars looked well-kept, and the prices were much better than what local dealers offer. I contacted them and was surprised by how helpful they were. There was no pressure, just honest answers and lots of patience with my many questions. The process was explained clearly, from payment to documentation and shipping. The car arrived and it looked exactly like the pictures, even better. (Importing my car from SAT Japan was my first time buying a car internationally, and I have to say, the whole process went better than I expected. Their website was simple to navigate but it had a lot of glitches. However, there were lots of clear photos and auction reports that helped me feel confident about my choice. Once the car arrived, I was happy to see it. It felt great knowing I got what I paid for. Also, the shipping took a bit longer than expected. It was originally supposed to arrive in about seven weeks, but it ended up taking closer to eight. I understand that delays can happen with international shipping, especially with customs and port schedules, but I would’ve appreciated more updates during that time. Just something to keep in mind for future buyers. Overall, I’m very happy with the car and the service I received from SAT Japan. The small issues weren’t deal-breakers, and I’d definitely consider buying from them again.)
