I bought this Toyota Probox mainly for work and it is doing the job perfectly. Sat Japan helped me choose one that matched my budget instead of trying to sell expensive models. I finally got my Toyota Succeed and I can say Sat Japan made whole process much easier than I expected. Before buying I asked many questions because I was not sure about import. Their staff never become tired and always explain in simple way. The car arrived looking very clean and engine feels strong. It is perfect for my daily business and fuel economy is also nice. Toyota COROLLA FIELDER

For me this was worth it. I searched many websites before deciding and finally selected Sat Japan because reviews looked genuine. Now I understand why. The process was easy enough even for someone with little experience importing cars. Staff answered every message politely. My car arrived in good condition with no unexpected damage. Only reason I give 4 out of 5 instead of full marks is because I wished shipping moved little quicker. Apart from that I have no complaints. The vehicle performs excellent and my family is very happy with it. I will definitely consider Sat Japan again in future.

I receive my Toyota and I feel very satisfied. The condition was exactly what I needed for my work and family. Toyota HARRIER

What made me happy most is not only the car but how Sat Japan handled everything from beginning until the end. I did not know much about auction cars, but they explained in simple way. Payment process was clear and there was no confusion. The vehicle came very clean and looked almost new. My friends were surprised when they saw it. Toyota PROBOX VAN

First time I buy vehicle from Japan so I was little nervous. Many people tell different stories but Sat Japan proved they are serious company. Car reached safely and looked same like photos they shared. There was small delay during shipping but they informed me, so no big problem. Customer service always replied when I ask something. Car drives nice and fuel consumption is also good. Overall I am happy with what I received. Maybe delivery can be little faster but quality of the car is very nice. I will think to use Sat Japan again when my family need another vehicle.

This time I wanted a simple and reliable sedan without spending too much money. Instead of choosing the first car I saw, I asked SAT Japan for several options. Toyota COROLLA FIELDER

Many companies can sell a car, but not every company follows up after the sale. This is one thing I liked about SAT Japan. Even after my vehicle arrived, they replied to my questions and made sure everything was going well. That kind of support gave me extra confidence. The car itself is in very good condition and drives quietly. It feels stable on the road, and the fuel consumption is better than I expected. I found one small mark near the lower bumper, but it is only a cosmetic issue and does not affect the driving experience. I am satisfied because the overall condition is much better than I imagined. I would gladly buy from SAT Japan again without any hesitation.
