Receiving this SUV made my family very happy. The Mazda looks elegant, drives comfortably, and has enough space for everyone. Before I placed the order, SAT Japan answered my emails quickly and never ignored my concerns. The vehicle arrived looking almost new. I only saw one small paint chip near the lower bumper, but it is hardly noticeable and does not reduce my excitement. The interior is clean and the engine performance is excellent. I feel that SAT Japan carefully checks vehicles before export. Because of this positive experience, I will confidently recommend them to my friends.

Mazda CX-8

I had trouble understanding the import process at first, as there was a lot of paperwork. SAT Japan walked me through it and sent detailed guidance and support. Now that it's all done, I'd happily go through it again.

Toyota PASSO

I am very happy after receiving this Toyota Passo from SAT Japan. Car came exactly like photos and engine is running smooth. I was asking many questions before buying because first time import, but their staff always answer me with patience. They even explain small details about shipping and documents. This made me trust them more. Fuel economy is excellent and driving inside city is very comfortable. I don't have any regret choosing this company. Nissan AD VAN

This Nissan is simple car but exactly what I wanted. Good engine, comfortable drive and very practical for daily use. My experience with SAT Japan was positive because communication was always clear. They helped me understand all documents and shipping steps without making things difficult. I respect that they send updates until car arrived. Vehicle condition was nice and clean, much better than many local options I checked before. Overall I am happy customer. Thank you SAT Japan for helping me own this car. Mazda DEMIO

First I was not sure to order online from another country, but after talking with SAT Japan my confidence become strong. They explain inspection, shipping and documents in easy way. My Mazda Demio arrived looking fresh and drives very nice. Suspension feels good and engine is quiet. I use it every day to work and fuel consumption is excellent. I also liked that there was no surprise after receiving the car. Everything was same like description. Service was professional but friendly also. I will definitely tell my friends to check SAT Japan if they want Japanese cars.

Toyota TANK

I really like this small Toyota. It looks compact but inside have enough space for family. Driving in city is very easy and parking also no stress. SAT Japan made whole buying process simple even for someone like me who never imported car before. They answered my messages politely and never ignored my questions. Delivery take some time but everything came safely. Car condition was better than I expected honestly. I can say they care about customer and don't just sell cars. Very satisfied with this Hiace. I needed strong van for business and this one is perfect choice. Before buying I compare many places, but finally choose SAT Japan because they answer fast and send many clear photos before shipment. When van arrived, everything was matching. Inside was clean and drive feeling very comfortable. I appreciate how they keep customer updated during shipping process because I never feel confused. Price was fair also. Buying this Toyota Vitz from SAT Japan was good experience for me. I was little worried before because first time importing car, but team always reply my questions and explain every step. Car reach in clean condition and exactly same like they told me before shipping. Engine is very smooth and fuel saving is also very nice. I use it every day without any problem until now.
