This van is working very well for my business. It has strong engine and enough space, which is what I needed most. The condition is better than I expected. Some small marks are there, but for used car it is normal and not a big issue. SAT Japan helped me from choosing the vehicle until shipping. Their team was answering my questions, even when I was asking many times. That gave me confidence. For transport and daily work, this Toyota is a good machine. I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

Beautiful car and very comfortable to drive. The interior feels premium and the ride is quiet. I only noticed some small wear inside because of age, but I can accept that. SAT Japan made the purchase straightforward.

Was little nervous before the car arrived because this was my first time buying from Japan. But the Probox came in good shape and starts without any issue. There was a small scratch on the body, nothing serious. SAT Japan answered my questions whenever I contacted them.
