My Toyota Probox is very good vehicle. I am using it everyday for transport business and it has never given me any big problem since i got it from SAT Japan. The engine is strong and it can handle long trips also short trips around town. Spare parts is easy to find in Kenya you just go to any shop and they will have what you need for HiAce. Fuel consumption is also not bad for this kind of vehicle so i am saving some money there. The only thing is the seats are not very comfortable when you drive for long time your back will start paining you. But this vehicle is making me good money everyday so i am very happy with it and anyone doing transport business should try.

I am very happy with my new car which I bought from SAT Japan. This Toyota came in very good condition, exactly like I saw in the pictures. The mileage is low, the engine is clean, and everything is working perfectly. In Tanzania, many people worry about being cheated when buying cars from outside, but with SAT Japan there was no problem at all. The process was simple, communication was clear, and they helped me from the beginning until the car reached here. I buy this Toyota from SAT Japan. First time I buy car from outside country, so I little bit scared. But SAT Japan make everything easy for me. They explain step by step. They send me papers and photos. I send money and wait. When car come, I am very happy. The car look same like picture. No damage, no problem. Engine start one time, no delay. The body is clean, the inside also clean. The seat comfortable, and aircon working good. I use this car for work and also family. It save fuel, not drink petrol too much. The car drive smooth on city road and also good on long travel. My wife and children also happy with car. SAT Japan people honest. They tell me truth, no hide anything. They ship fast and always answer my question. I trust them now. My friends ask me where I get this Toyota. I tell them from SAT Japan. I say, if you want good car, safe company, go with SAT Japan. For a long time we wanted something that is affordable, stylish, and also low on fuel. Finally, with the help of SAT Japan, we made it happen. The process was smooth from the beginning. I started by browsing their website by navigating “Used cars for sale,” and it took me a long time to narrow my choices. They have categorized their inventory in terms of prices, make, and type. Once I found something within my budget, I reached out to their team through their live chat on their website. To my surprise, they were pretty responsive and helpful. The sales lady patiently responded to all my queries because to be honest, I was being extremely cautious. Once I ordered the car, the payment process was pretty straightforward. The company handled all the export documents. I did not have to do much work. It seemed like the pre-export inspection was also very thorough. They have car insurance services so I added marine insurance to my order just to be safe. They said that the shipping would take 8-10 weeks but for me it took around 5 weeks. When the car arrived, I was impressed due to its low mileage and a very clean exterior and interior. They give you inspection papers and everything else that you need for documentation. Having said that, SAT Japan made the experience stress-free for me. If you’re on the lookout for a good used Japanese car, I’d say SAT Japan is definitely worth looking into. But just do you research before anything else and don’t be afraid to reach out to their sales team because they are super responsive.

I recently helped my younger brother import a used Toyota Probox from SAT Japan to Tanzania. It was our first time ordering a car online, so we were nervous. Once we found the right vehicle, I contacted their sales team. They responded quickly and patiently answered all our questions. One thing I really appreciated was their option to add marine insurance. We included it in the order because shipping can be risky, and we wanted to be safe. It gave us peace of mind during the whole process. The car took about 7 weeks to arrive, and everything went smoothly. When the car got here, it was exactly like the pictures.
