I bought a Suzuki compact hatchback from SAT Japan, and I am happy with their service. Their procedure was smooth. They sent me clear photos of the used vehicle along with inspection details, and very quickly answered my questions. When I saw the car, it was exactly as shown on the website… clean body, neat interior, and a smooth, quiet engine. I drove it the same night without any issues. The lights, A/C, and suspension are all working perfectly, and fuel consumption is very low, which is good for our city traffic. All the documents were correct, so clearing at the port was straightforward. SAT Japan is honest and professional; what they promised is what I received. I will recommend them to my friends and family in Nigeria and I will surely buy again.

I give thanks for this car. This is my new ride, and I am very happy to own it. For a long time, I was looking for something small, strong, and fuel-saving. Finally, I got this one, and it really fits me well. I bought it through SAT Japan, and the process was smooth. The team guided me from the start, helped with the papers, and kept me updated until the car arrived. In a few weeks, the car was here with me, just as promised. The car may look small outside, but inside it is comfortable and spacious enough for my needs. The seats are good, the AC works perfectly, and it drives smoothly on our roads. I’ve always been nervous about importing cars online. But I was looking for something unique and came across Suzuki Alto on sat Japan's website, and it was affordable like within my explained the shipping and duty process for Kenya clearly. I had a few issues navigating the payment section, but the support team was patient and helped me complete the order. I needed a car for my wife to use for school runs and shopping. She wanted something stylish but not too flashy, and I didn’t want anything that would drain my wallet. I found SAT Japan while browsing YouTube. I was impressed by the reviews and decided to go for it. We picked a very beautiful car, neat design. The best part? Everything was done from our living room. We never visited any office. The team at SAT Japan explained costs clearly and always followed up. They even called me when the ship reached the Port. The car took about 6.5 weeks, and we were shocked it was very clean, AC cold, and the radio still worked! I won’t lie, the paperwork had a little delay, but they kept apologizing and fixed it. Now my wife is happy, and so am I. I will return to SAT Japan soon for my own car.

I am Chuka and I want to sincerely thank SAT Japan for making my dream come true. I had been saving for months to buy a car for my small delivery business, and when I found SAT Japan online, I decided to try them out. At first, I was scared because everything was done online, but they made me feel safe from day one. The customer care agents were very polite and always answered, even at odd hours. They helped me choose a strong and fuel-saving car that fits my work needs. I love how honest they were, with no extra charges and no stories. Everything was clear and straight. The car came in around 6 weeks, and it looked even better than in the photos. The engine is solid, the interior is clean, and it drives very well. My neighbors even thought it was brand new!
