I bought this car because I needed transport, not because I liked it. But after using it, I started liking it slowly. The reason is simple no problems. It just works. SAT Japan made everything simple and quick. I didn’t face any major issue during the process. They handled things in organized way. Driving is easy and comfortable. I don’t feel tired even when I use it for long time. Interior is basic but enough for daily use. This car is not exciting, but it is dependable. And for me, dependability is more important.
Honestly this car surprised me in good way. Suzuki Wagon R looks small but inside it feels bigger than expected. Head space is nice and sitting position is high, so driving feels easy and clear view on road. Engine is not powerful like big cars but for city it works perfectly. Very light steering and smooth movement in traffic. Parking also no headache at all. About SAT Japan, I didn’t face any big issue. They handled process quietly and things moved step by step without confusion. Not too much talking, just proper work. Fuel average is very good, that’s what I like most. For daily running this car makes life easy. Simple, smart, and useful.

I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?
