From the first day I contacted them, they explained everything clearly and guided me step by step until the car arrived safely in Dar es Salaam. The whole process was stress-free, and I could see that SAT Japan is very experienced in this business. The car itself is in excellent condition. The body is clean, the inside looks fresh, and the mileage is low just as promised. The engine starts with no problem and runs very well on our Tanzanian roads. I also liked that all the documents came complete and correct, so clearing the car at the port was simple. This gave me confidence that SAT Japan is an honest and professional company. The price was fair compared to buying locally, and even with shipping and duty, it still makes more sense to import through them. I feel proud to own this car because I know I got real value for my money. Now when I drive around town, many people ask me where I got it from. I happily tell them that SAT Japan is the company I trust and recommend for anyone who wants a quality Japanese car.
The car was amazing but there was a delay in my delivery. It impacted my delivery timing and slowed down the process.
I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?
