Very nice experience with Sat Japan. I was expecting good car, but what came was even better. Exterior shining, interior very clean and engine running quietly. They helped me choose the right vehicle according to my budget instead of pushing expensive options. That made me trust them more. Shipping information was shared regularly and I never felt ignored. Everything happened as promised. Now I enjoy driving every day and people ask me where I bought this car. Without hesitation I tell them Sat Japan because they really delivered what they promised. I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?
