In Tonga, no inspection is required for imported cars.

Vehicles up to 1500cc are charged 50 cents per cc
Vehicles between 1500-3000cc are charged 75 cents per cc
Vehicles exceeding 3000cc are charged $1 per cc

Small car but don't think it is weak. Suzuki Alto surprise me a lot. Fuel consumption is very low and parking this car anywhere is very easy. For city driving I don't think I need bigger vehicle now.
