I was excited about getting my Toyota Probox, but the experience required too much patience. Honestly, SAT Japan did everything professionally. But I’m not satisfied with the car. The car came in rough condition.
My vehicle looks good, and I like the simple style. It should be a useful car for my daily needs. But in between the process, the lack of communication from the SAT Japan team made me worry for a while. But thanks to them, I got such a nice car .
Finally received our Noah and the family is enjoying it already. Good space, comfortable seats and it feels nice on the road even when we are all inside. I was a little nervous buying a vehicle from Japan first time, but SAT Japan customer support helped whenever I needed information.
This Sienta has been a good choice for us. I needed something with more room for family but still not a very big car. Getting in and out is easy and there is enough space when we are travelling together.The buying side with SAT Japan was straightforward.
Was not expecting the car to look this clean in person. The white Probox is running nicely, AC is good and driving is comfortable. SAT Japan answered my questions before I paid and that gave me confidence to continue with them.
The Probox came just how I wanted it. Simple car, plenty space at the back and very easy to use every day. I found one small mark inside but nothing serious for a used car. What I liked most with SAT Japan was the documents. Everything was prepared properly and I did not struggle when the car arrived.
I bought this Rosa for my transport work and so far it is doing the job very well. Engine feels strong. There was a small delay with shipping, but SAT Japan communicated, so I was not worried. Happy with this purchase.
