I never thought owning an electric car would be this fun until I got this Nissan Leaf through SAT Japan. The drive is very smooth, quiet, and the instant acceleration makes city driving feel so nice. Charging takes a little planning compared to a petrol car, but the savings on fuel are worth it. The bright red color also gets a lot of compliments wherever I go.
My experience was different because I wanted an electric vehicle for the first time. SAT Japan answered every question without rushing me and explained the battery details clearly. The Nissan Leaf arrived in good condition and drives quietly with very good acceleration. Charging is easier than I imagined. I noticed the interior has a little wear on one seat, but considering it is a used car, I think it is completely acceptable. Everything important works perfectly. I appreciate that SAT Japan focused on honesty instead of making big promises. That gave me confidence, and today I am enjoying my new vehicle every day.
I did not have any complaints from my experience. I just had to ask the team for help once and they figured out everything while helping me order my Nissan Leaf.
Very professional staff but the website slowed down the process for me and I could not order easily from it.
The overall process went smoothly, although the delivery was later than anticipated. I had to contact them several times to confirm delivery. I'm hoping for a better experience next time.
