This was my first time I was importing the vehicle. I checked so many importers luckily I found SAT Japan. They literally helped me and explained me every step. They have shown me auction photos and when it arrived the car was in same condition. I noticed a little fading on part of the interior trim, but it is only cosmetic and does not reduce the comfort or reliability of the vehicle. I’m fully satisfied with the car and the team of SAT Japan.
I'm very happy with my Outlander, and my family enjoys the room. Would use SAT again because of their beautiful automobiles and great team.
I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

I like this Toyota very much. The station-wagon shape is what makes it interesting for me because I can get more luggage space without driving a very large vehicle. The silver color also looks professional and easy for everyday use. When I was comparing cars on SAT Japan, I liked having different Japanese models available instead of only looking at local cars.
My favorite thing about this Probox is the practicality. I would use it for normal business and daily movement, so I do not need too many fancy features. The white color is also easy to keep looking clean. I literally appreciate SAT Japan, they actually delivered what they said.
