Import Duties and Taxes

Import Duty: 40% of customs value.

Customs Service Charge (CSC): 3% of customs value.

Environmental Surcharges: $3,000 per unit for vehicles 5+ years old; 1% of customs value for vehicles under 5 years old.

Excise Tax: 28% of customs value + import duty + CSC (exemption for diplomats).

Value Added Tax (VAT): 15% of customs value + import duty + CSC + excise tax.

Registration and Proof of Ownership are required.
