Very good experience from start until I received my Suzuki Solio Hybrid. Sat Japan always sent updates so I never worry where my car was. This gave me peace of mind because importing was my first time. The vehicle came exactly like auction photos with clean interior and smooth driving. I was surprised how spacious this small car is. Price was fair and communication was always respectful. Now I understand why many people recommend Sat Japan. They really know how to help customer. If anybody is thinking about importing from Japan, I believe this company is good choice because they keep their word. Thank you so much.

This car surprised me. It drives better than I expected and the loading area is enough for my goods. Interior was neat, AC is cold and the body condition was close to the pictures. I trusted SAT Japan with the purchase and they did not disappoint me.

I wanted a simple car for daily work and this Probox is doing well. Engine feels strong, roof rack is useful and fuel use is fair. SAT Japan shared proper shipping updates. There were few small marks outside, but nothing serious.
