Overall, it was a great experience. The website is simple to use, and I bought my car quickly, however, customer support could be more mindful.
I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

Car arrived okay and looks good for its age. There was a small scratch on the body, but nothing serious. SAT Japan kept me updated about shipping and I got everything without much trouble.

I wanted a simple reliable car for daily use and the Axio has been good for me. Engine is smooth and inside is comfortable. There was one small mark on the seat, but nothing serious. SAT Japan handled the documents properly.
