The first impression of this car is that it is very strong and reliable. You can drive it on a daily basis without any hesitation and it can keep up with your speed. It is comfortable, easy to manage and does not complicate things. It has some kind of confidence in its motion as if it is never tired of the next journey. Thank God I bought it from SAT Japan. They remained supportive, kept me in touch and ensured that all was well. By the time it eventually arrived, the car was just what I had imagined and that made the experience even more rewarding
I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

Car came better than I expected. There is a little faded plastic inside, but nothing serious for a used vehicle. Engine feels fine and the car is comfortable enough for everyday driving. SAT Japan kept me in the loop during the import process. Happy with my purchase.
Bought it mainly for work and honestly it does the job perfectly. Good space at the back, simple car and easy to drive. SAT Japan helped properly with the documents too.
Finally got the car. There was a small delay with shipping but communication was okay throughout. Probox itself is running good, fuel consumption is nice and it suits what I needed.
