Had a few glitches here and there. I had trouble having a smooth posting on the website. Everything else was okay but the site needs work.
I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

The paperwork and shipping updates were easy to understand even for someone importing for the first time. The Suzuki Wagon R is comfortable, easy to park, and perfect for city driving. I noticed the tires have some normal wear, so I may replace them after some time, but this is expected on a used vehicle. The engine and gearbox perform very well, which is more important to me. I am satisfied with my purchase and thankful for the professional support throughout the journey.
