First time importing car and honestly I was little worried. But after receiving this Toyota Sienta, all stress finished. Vehicle looks even better than photos and interior was very neat. The thing that impressed me is how SAT Japan checked the vehicle before export. They answered many of my questions and never rushed me. I compared many companies but communication here was much better. Driving is comfortable and suspension feels soft on rough roads. Family enjoys the space and sliding doors make things very easy when carrying kids or shopping bags. Very satisfied customer.
