Yes, the shipment took some time as I had to anxiously wait for six weeks, but when I finally received my car, I was genuinely satisfied with it, like I was happy that its hybrid system ran smoothly even after a long shipment. The shipment process was very smooth and transparent. The customer care department was there to assist me at all times. This is slightly off topic, but if you log onto SAT’s website and read their car blogs, they are also fascinating and will help you make an informed decision.

I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?
