I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

First I was not sure to order online from another country, but after talking with SAT Japan my confidence become strong. They explain inspection, shipping and documents in easy way. My Mazda Demio arrived looking fresh and drives very nice. Suspension feels good and engine is quiet. I use it every day to work and fuel consumption is excellent. I also liked that there was no surprise after receiving the car. Everything was same like description. Service was professional but friendly also. I will definitely tell my friends to check SAT Japan if they want Japanese cars.
I really like this small Toyota. It looks compact but inside have enough space for family. Driving in city is very easy and parking also no stress. My experience was different from what many people told me about importing cars. I expected delays and confusion, but SAT Japan made everything well organized. They kept me updated until the vehicle was delivered safely. The Toyota Corolla Axio drives comfortably, uses little fuel, and feels very reliable for daily travel. I saw a little wear on one section of the interior trim, but it is a normal sign of previous use and does not bother me at all. The important parts are in excellent condition.
