I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

The truck arrived and we started using it for work almost immediately. That is probably the best thing I can say about it. I also appreciated how SAT Japan handled the paperwork because importing a truck can become confusing very fast. Their team guided us through the important steps and communication was decent throughout.
Needed a car for work, not for showing off. This Probox is doing exactly that job. Sat japan side was straightforward. Payment, papers, shipment, done. For business use, I am happy with it.
The car feels strong, steering is comfortable and I like the high seating position. It has enough room for family and luggage also. Shipping had few days delay, but SAT Japan informed me when I asked, so at least I knew what was happening.
I really like this Harrier. The buying part with SAT Japan was also easier than I expected. I asked many questions because this was not a small purchase for me, and they kept replying. Documents also reached without problem. There was a tiny scratch near one side which you need to look closely to notice, so I did not make an issue from it.

The exterior styling is quite plain, but I bought it for function, and it delivers perfectly.
My family needed extra space, and the Toyota Hilux Revo has been a wonderful fit. The seating arrangement is flexible, and everyone travels comfortably now. I liked how SAT Japan kept communication professional from purchase to delivery. The vehicle is larger than what I was used to driving, but I adjusted quickly because visibility is very good.
