I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?
For me this Toyota Probox is like hardworking friend. Every day I use it for movement and business things, and it keeps doing the job without complaint. The best thing is space. I can put many items inside and still drive comfortably. Car is not luxury type, that is true. Seats are little basic and road noise can enter sometimes when driving fast. But honestly, for this price and purpose, I think it is acceptable. Reliability is more important for me than fancy features. SAT Japan experience was smooth because they keep updating me during process. I was checking shipment and documents without stress. They also answered questions quickly which helped me feel relaxed. Fuel economy is very nice and maintenance cost is low. This car may look simple outside, but performance and usefulness are very strong. Good option for daily work and long-term use.
