The car I received from SAT Japan is in excellent condition, and the agents really guided me well through all the paperwork and customs. But honestly, their website needs improvement. It freezes at times and can be frustrating when browsing cars.
I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

Very happy to finally receive my Coaster. There is some normal wear inside and one seat could be cleaner, but these things are small. Mechanically, it has been good till now. I appreciate the support Sat provided during the whole import process.
Bought this Rosa mainly for business use. The bus arrived in good shape and the engine sounds strong. Interior is also decent considering the age. I liked that SAT Japan kept the process clear from payment until shipment.
