Hello everyone. I feel delighted to share my experience with SAT Japan here with you. I wanted no other than a Japanese vehicle for myself and family since it is a very reliable and budget friendly option. I get to travel a lot and specially in my area an MPV proves to be a suitable option. My car arrived exactly within the time SAT Japan sales team mentioned. I am very happy with my purchase.
SAT Japan agents made the entire process of buying and clearing the car very easy. I really appreciate their support. I just hope they upgrade their app soon because it feels it is not responsive on mobile.
The car service from SAT Japan is excellent, but the website could use more customization options. For example, it would be helpful if I set preferences for things like the type of car. Despite this suggestion, I’m still satisfied with the overall service and would recommend it to others.
Satisfied but it could have been faster. The car was delivered, but the timeline was a bit off compared to what I was told.
I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

The Toyota Hiace has quickly become one of the best vehicles I have owned. It offers impressive interior space, a comfortable driving position and the durability needed for commercial use. Whether transporting goods or travelling long distances, it performs remarkably well. There is a bit more road noise than you would find in a passenger car, but that is expected from a working van and certainly does not affect its usefulness. Overall, the vehicle has been reliable, practical and excellent value for money. Regarding my buying experience with SAT Japan it was amazing. Their staff is very responsive which gave me confidence throughout the process.

One minor drawback is that some interior materials feel quite basic compared with more expensive saloons. However, the reliability, fuel economy and low maintenance costs more than compensate for that. SAT Japan made a strong impression with their professionalism. The updates throughout the shipping process were regular, and I always knew the status of my vehicle. That level of communication made a real difference. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the purchase.
