I will be honest, my experience was not as good as I hoped. SAT Japan was able to get the car to me, but I felt the process had some problems. I wanted better communication and a smoother experience.

There is so much delay in the process, which is frightening for me as a first-time buyer. I expected the whole process to be easier and more smooth. Needed a Toyota Hiace for business and this one is doing the job well. Engine feels good and there is lots of useful space. Some small wear inside, which is normal for used van. SAT Japan gave clear shipping updates, so overall I am pleased.
