Very thankful for this little Daihatsu Mira. It may look simple, but for city driving it is perfect for me. Fuel lasts long, turning is easy and it can enter parking places where bigger cars struggle. I contacted SAT Japan many times before payment because it was my first import. Their customer support explained the steps patiently and did not pressure me. The car arrived clean and starts without any issue. Good small car for daily family errands.

That clear communication removed a lot of stress from the import process. The car itself is excellent for everyday driving. I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?
