Their videos showed clean cars and happy customers, so I followed the link. I was surprised at how easy it was to search and compare vehicles. The customer support was very good. They helped me understand engine condition, mileage, and shipping cost. I sent the money, and they gave me updates all the way. The van came in 6.5 weeks. It has helped my business grow. I can now make more deliveries and save time. My neighbors ask me, “Where did you get this car?” and I always say, “SAT Japan!” Their only small issue is website speed sometimes, but overall, they are the best I’ve dealt with.
I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

This car surprised me. It drives better than I expected and the loading area is enough for my goods. Interior was neat, AC is cold and the body condition was close to the pictures. I trusted SAT Japan with the purchase and they did not disappoint me.
