I recently bought a car from SAT Japan for use in my farm. I transport milk and vegetables to market every morning, and needed something strong but affordable. I found SAT Japan through TikTok. Their videos showed clean cars and happy customers, so I followed the link. I was surprised at how easy it was to search and compare vehicles. The customer support was very good. They helped me understand engine condition, mileage, and shipping cost. I sent the money, and they gave me updates all the way. The van came in 6.5 weeks. It has helped my business grow. I can now make more deliveries and save time. My neighbors ask me, “Where did you get this car?” and I always say, “SAT Japan!” Their only small issue is website speed sometimes, but overall, they are the best I’ve dealt with.
I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

We chose the Voxy because our old car was becoming too tight for the family. Just received the car and the sliding doors are very useful in narrow parking spaces. It is not made for fast driving, but it is quiet enough and feels comfortable for normal family use. SAT Japan replied whenever we asked about the shipment and paperwork.
