Being a single, independent woman, I’ve always been afraid of getting scammed by car dealership websites. I’ve been wanting a second hand car for my daily work commute for a while now. However being a female I did not know the process and how to go about it and to top it all, how not to be scammed. I stumbled across SAT Japan’s website and scheduled a call with the call agent. To my surprise he was extremely helpful. He was very transparent during the conversation and gave me in depth guidance into the options I have within my budget. I ordered my car i.e Honda Vezel. They mentioned that it would arrive within 6-8 weeks and it actually arrived towards the end of seventh week. The car had already been inspected and it was in the best condition. I really owe SAT Japan for helping me out with my struggles of being illiterate about the automobile industry.
Helpful dealers and cooperative staff. Got the Honda Vezel in pristine condition. The only hiccup was a day’s delay in delivery. Still, I would recommend this dealership.

After doing extensive research I settled on this reputable company that specializes in importing vehicles from Japan. From my first interaction, I knew they would provide great service. I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?
