It was not very long ago that I purchased a Lexus 450h through SAT Japan, and my experience has been great from start to finish. The vehicle exactly matched what I saw in the auction photos. It did not give the impression of a used car at all; it was in mint condition. It had a very clean exterior, and the paint had no scratches and wasn’t chipped off from any side. Yes, the shipment took some time as I had to anxiously wait for six weeks, but when I finally received my car, I was genuinely satisfied with it, like I was happy that its hybrid system ran smoothly even after a long shipment. The shipment process was very smooth and transparent. The customer care department was there to assist me at all times. This is slightly off topic, but if you log onto SAT’s website and read their car blogs, they are also fascinating and will help you make an informed decision.

I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

Honestly I was scared sending money for a car online, but everything went okay. The Axio arrived looking almost same as photos. It is quiet, clean inside and very comfortable. I’m happy I trusted SAT Japan.
Bought this Probox for my business. It has good space and doesn’t consume too much fuel. The seats show little sign of use, which is normal for the age. Clearing was easy because papers were complete. SAT Japan did a good job.
I use it every day now and no problem so far. Comfortable car and drives nicely. Thanks SAT Japan for helping with documents.
Received my Note safely. Car is neat, engine good and fuel consumption is low. SAT Japan was updating me until it reached here. Only small scratch on bumper but I’m okay with it.
I always wanted a sedan that feels powerful but still comfortable for daily driving, and this Toyota Mark X has been an excellent choice. SAT Japan made the import process much easier than I expected by keeping me informed from purchase until delivery. Their inspection details were accurate, and the vehicle looked almost exactly like the photos.
