The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Small car but don't think it is weak. Suzuki Alto surprise me a lot. Fuel consumption is very low and parking this car anywhere is very easy. For city driving I don't think I need bigger vehicle now. What I liked with SAT Japan is they had many choices. I compare different Alto before selecting this one. Photos were clear and condition matched after receiving. No bad surprise. That was important for me. If someone need affordable car with cheap maintenance, I say Alto is very good option. It does simple job very well and saves money every week on fuel.
