Receiving this SUV made my family very happy. The Mazda looks elegant, drives comfortably, and has enough space for everyone. Before I placed the order, SAT Japan answered my emails quickly and never ignored my concerns. The vehicle arrived looking almost new. I only saw one small paint chip near the lower bumper, but it is hardly noticeable and does not reduce my excitement. The interior is clean and the engine performance is excellent. I feel that SAT Japan carefully checks vehicles before export. Because of this positive experience, I will confidently recommend them to my friends.

I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

I trusted SAT Japan because of their detailed inspection reports. That decision proved right. The car is economical, easy to park, and comfortable enough for my daily commuting. Everything arrived close to what was promised, which made the whole experience enjoyable. I will certainly consider SAT Japan again when I need another imported vehicle.
The Toyota Roomy surprised me with how spacious it feels inside despite its compact size. It is comfortable for family use and very easy to drive around town. The negative side is inside. There are stains on the seats which are not going despite I washed them many times.
Toyota Axio Hybrid has exceeded my expectations. The drive is smooth, the interior is comfortable, and the hybrid system works perfectly in city traffic. I appreciate SAT Japan that they never exaggerated the condition of the car. But after delivery, I noticed multiple marks on the back which are damaging the whole car's look if I see it from the back side.
This Probox is simple but very reliable, exactly what I wanted. I am enjoying the low running costs every day and feel the purchase was worth every cent.
