Got confused by some website designs and I think it could be improved for more accessibility.
I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

They are easy to ignore because the car drives perfectly. I feel this purchase was worth every dollar, and I would happily buy from SAT Japan again.

This Nissan van is practical car. Not luxury practical car. Not luxury, but very useful. Space is good, driving is simple, and it can be used for business or daily transport. The car came in fair condition and I am happy with it. SAT Japan made the import process easy for me. They explained the total cost and helped with the export side.
