I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

The vehicle has been remarkably reliable and extremely easy to drive around town every day. While the interior is a bit basic, the fuel economy and cargo space make it worth every penny. Big thanks to SAT Japan for making the entire importing process so smooth and easy.
I’m genuinely pleased with this Hiace. It’s comfortable, practical, and feels built to handle regular use without fuss. SAT Japan helped make the purchase a pleasant experience. My only small complaint is that road noise becomes obvious at higher speeds. For everyday driving and carrying people or goods, it has been excellent value.
