Hello my name is Petrus and me and my family are from Zambia. I have been wanting to buy a Sedan for myself and my family but firstly I wasnt sure of the model and secondly I didn’t know which Japanese vehicle dealer to trust because there were so many. I did my research and narrowed down to a couple options. SAT Japan was one of them so i decided to give it a shot. To my surprise the customer service was so helpful they told me what car mode suited my requirements and kept me in the loop at all times. They were there even after sales support like when the payment was done. Can safely say that I had a great experience.
I bought a 2013 Toyota Estima Hybrid 4WD through SAT Japan and was genuinely impressed. The e-Four system handles beautifully in wet UK weather, and the hybrid engine runs smooth and it is perfect for long drives.. SAT Japan made the entire import process hassle-free and reliable from start to finish.
I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

This is exactly what I needed for transport business. It has a comfortable cabin, powerful engine, and enough room for passengers and luggage. I buy this Toyota Probox for my daily business work, and I am very satisfied. The engine is strong, fuel consumption is low, and it has enough space to carry many items. I saw one small scratch on the front bumper after delivery, but it is only cosmetic and does not affect the performance. The car drives very smoothly every day. Honestly, this Mitsubishi Delica D:2 surprised me. From outside it looks compact, but cabin has very nice room. Sliding doors are helpful for family, especially in tight parking. The black colour and chrome grille also make it look premium. Driving position is high and visibility is comfortable. I found this vehicle through SAT Japan, and the whole deal went smoothly. Their website had enough details for checking the car, and the representative helped whenever I asked anything. Export documents were prepared correctly and car reached without damage. It was clean, comfortable and ready to use after basic service. Very pleased with this purchase and surely one of my best vehicle choices. The pictured vehicles appear to be a Corolla Axio Hybrid, multiple Toyota Probox models, and a Mitsubishi Delica D:2
Good car, good space and easy maintenance. That is what I wanted, and this Toyota Probox gave me same. It is comfortable enough for everyday use and also useful when I need to carry goods. The white exterior was clean, tyres were acceptable and engine sound was normal. SAT Japan service deserves appreciation because communication was handled professionally. They sent the required information before purchase and supported me until vehicle reached. I liked that the buying steps were not made complicated. This car is simple, but sometimes simple car is the best car. For business owner or family person wanting practical vehicle, I can suggest this one.
This Probox is not luxury car, but it is strong and doing the job very well. Engine starts quickly, air conditioning working fine and cargo area has plenty space. I mostly use it for business deliveries, and until now no major issue came. Buying from another country was first little worrying for me. SAT Japan made the process understandable and guided me about payment, documents and shipping. Vehicle arrived in decent condition for its age. Some small marks were there, which is normal for used car, but mechanically it feels good. I am happy because price and condition both were fair.
