This van is working very well for my business. It has strong engine and enough space, which is what I needed most. The condition is better than I expected. Some small marks are there, but for used car it is normal and not a big issue. SAT Japan helped me from choosing the vehicle until shipping. Their team was answering my questions, even when I was asking many times. That gave me confidence. For transport and daily work, this Toyota is a good machine. I am satisfied with the purchase and I will recommend SAT Japan to other buyers also.

I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?
