Japanese vehicles have always excited me, hence I have always been on the search for a reliable Japanese car exporter. Fortunately, I found SAT Japan just a few months ago and i felt very curious to give it a shot. I wanted a RAV4 for myself and for my family and did not know where to source it before. It's very rare that you’d find authentic Japanese used cars for sale in Zambia. I was nervous, but I took a leap of faith. I visited the SAT website and browsed their range of inventory. I picked the model that I preferred and contacted the customer service team.
I have bought this Toyota RAV4 from SAT Japan and frankly this vehicle surprised me. I was simply praying to have a good condition car but what I got was an over better than expected one. The vehicle is smooth and clean as though it was well maintained. It is both easy and powerful to drive. You seat high and view the road well which gives good confidence. The ride is well-balanced and the pickup is smooth. It is spacious and welcoming indoors and there is no tiredness over long journeys. I felt relief and happiness when the car arrived at me. The process of SAT Japan was well explained and I was notified step by step. I am comfortable with this car and feel good about owning it as it fits my everyday life.

I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

The Toyota Hiace has quickly become one of the best vehicles I have owned. It offers impressive interior space, a comfortable driving position and the durability needed for commercial use. Whether transporting goods or travelling long distances, it performs remarkably well. There is a bit more road noise than you would find in a passenger car, but that is expected from a working van and certainly does not affect its usefulness. Overall, the vehicle has been reliable, practical and excellent value for money. Regarding my buying experience with SAT Japan it was amazing. Their staff is very responsive which gave me confidence throughout the process.

If reliability had a name, it would probably be the Toyota Succeed Hybrid. From the first week of ownership, I could tell this vehicle was designed to work hard while keeping fuel costs low. The driving position is comfortable, visibility is excellent and there is more than enough space for daily business activities. My experience with SAT Japan was very positive. I particularly liked the transparency of their vehicle information. Everything matched the condition report, which made the purchase feel trustworthy from the start.
