Today was a good day for our family because our vehicle arrived. Car is running well and condition is better than we expected. Engine sound is fine, seats are comfortable, and body still looking nice.SAT Japan gave us updates during shipment, so we did not feel completely lost. The ride is well-balanced and the pickup is smooth. It is spacious and welcoming indoors and there is no tiredness over long journeys. I felt relief and happiness when the car arrived at me. The process of SAT Japan was well explained and I was notified step by step. I am comfortable with this car and feel good about owning it as it fits my everyday life.

I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?
