I am really happy with my purchase. SAT was transparent with everything and the car has the same good condition what they showed us on the auction sheet. Its clean and has no dents or scratches.

Hello Everyone! Just wanted to share my experience with SAT Japan, one of those Japanese car importers in case anyone here is thinking of importing a car from Japan. So last month, I bought a 2018 Toyota Roomy from them by only trusting its reviews. It was definitely a leap of faith, but honestly zero regrets. Here’s how it went down: I started from browsing their website by navigating “Used cars for sale” and it took me a long time to narrow my choices down. They have categorized their inventory in terms of prices, make, and type. Once I found something within my budget, I reached out to their team through their live chat on their website. To my surprise, they were pretty responsive and helpful. The sales lady patiently responded to all my queries because to be honest, I was being extremely cautious. Once I ordered the car, the payment process was pretty straightforward. The company handled all the export documents. I did not have to do much work. It seemed like the pre-export inspection was also very thorough. They have car insurance services so I added marine insurance to my order just to be safe. They said that the shipping would take 8-10 weeks but for me it took around 5 weeks. When the car arrived, I was impressed due to its low mileage and a very clean exterior and interior. They give you inspection papers and everything else that you need for documentation. Having said that, SAT Japan made the experience stress-free for me. If you’re on the lookout for a good used Japanese car, I’d say SAT Japan is definitely worth looking into. But just do you research before anything else and don’t be afraid to reach out to their sales team because they are super responsive.

Finally received my Subaru Forester and I am loving the vehicle. It has powerful road presence, good ground clearance and enough room for my family. The red colour looks beautiful under sunlight. I drove it on rough road also, and the car remained stable with no shaking. What I liked about SAT Japan was their support during the purchasing process. They did not disappear after receiving payment. Updates were coming until the vehicle reached the port. The Forester arrived in good shape and matched the inspection details. I changed engine oil and filters after collection, then it was ready to drive. Fuel use is little higher than small car, but this is expected from an SUV with all-wheel drive. My Mazda Demio is small car but very enjoyable to drive. Fuel consumption is good and steering feels light, especially inside busy town. The white body was still shining nicely when I received it. Interior also came in fair and clean condition. SAT Japan communication was helpful. They answered my questions about the car and sent the necessary information before shipping. I was little worried because it was my first import, but everything went okay. This Demio is perfect for daily movement and parking is very easy. Only some small scratches were there, which is normal for used vehicle. Overall, I got good value for my money and the car is serving me without problem.
Very happy with this Toyota Hiace. The van arrived looking clean and strong, same condition like I was shown before buying. Engine is running smoothly and there was no strange noise. It has good space inside, so it is useful for business and also carrying many passengers. SAT Japan handled export papers properly and kept me informed about shipment. The vehicle took some time at port, but this was not their fault. After receiving it, I only made normal service and started using it. Hiace is reliable vehicle and parts are easy to find here. I am satisfied with this purchase and hope to order another commercial vehicle from SAT Japan later.
