I was a bit confused from where to import my car considering the large number of options out there. However, luckily enough, I chose SAT Japan and my experience has been great. There is so much delay in the process, which is frightening for me as a first-time buyer. I expected the whole process to be easier and more smooth. Needed a Toyota Hiace for business and this one is doing the job well. Engine feels good and there is lots of useful space. Some small wear inside, which is normal for used van. SAT Japan gave clear shipping updates, so overall I am pleased.
