Buying this Mazda was good experience for me. Before I was thinking importing car is too much problem, but Sat Japan make everything simple. They answer my questions with patience and keep updating me until car arrived. Car condition is even better than I was expecting. Engine very smooth, inside clean and no hidden issue found. Documents also came without confusion. I really appreciate the team because they treat customer with respect. I am now driving every day and enjoying it a lot. If someone from Kenya looking for honest company to import quality Japanese car, I can recommend Sat Japan without worry. Thank you very much for making this process easy and giving me confidence.

The car looks good, but my feelings about SAT Japan are mixed. I was excited to receive the vehicle, but I also had some concerns along the way. There is so much delay in the process, which is frightening for me as a first-time buyer. I expected the whole process to be easier and more smooth. The car itself gave me a good feeling, but the service could have been better.
