I received Volkswagen Touran a week from SAT Japan and I’m really delighted. I usually don’t give reviews but I really want to thank them for delivering such an amazing car. Literally, I couldn’t find any damage it’s really in good condition. The interior is fresh and clean. The seats are very comfortable and soft and is very spacious. I’m using it daily and I haven’t observed anything uncomfortable. And the best part it’s fuel efficient. For anyone who is looking to import a car I strongly recommend SAT Japan because I felt no problem with them. From start to end the whole process was really smooth. They have proven to me why they are the big name in the automotive industry and why they are the safest option.
I wasn’t sure what to expect with importing a car from Japan because I have no experience with this, but SAT Japan made the whole thing pretty straightforward. Their website wasn’t very user friendly, but it had a good selection. Once I found the car I wanted, the sales executive guided me through the process. Shipping took me a few weeks, but I guess that is expected with international delivery. The car arrived in great shape, exactly as shown in the pictures. I’d say if you’re patient and want your car directly shipped from Japan, they’re worth checking out. Overall, a good experience and happy with my purchase.
My recent car purchase was from SAT Japan. When I received the delivery, it was the same as what they showed in photos, and I received the car in great condition. They were very helpful in getting the car to the UK and quickly resolved issues before I even told them about it. Well it wasn't their fault because the shipping company got late giving the arrival notice. I love my car and would 100% purchase a second car through SAT JAPAN. I love driving my Volkswagen around town here in Harrow. It's so little money for so much fun. It's a blast to drive around.
I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

I needed something simple for work, and this Probox is doing the job well. Good space at the back and fuel use is reasonable. There was a small scratch on the body, but for a used car I can accept that. Buying through SAT Japan was easy.
