Custom duties depend on the CIF value 

  • For cars with value $10,000 to 20,000 -  Custom Duty is 50%

  • For cars with value  above $20,000 -  Custom Duty is 65%

  • VAT - There is a 7.5% tax on imported vehicles unless imported on a temporary basis
