All the vehicles imported from Japan must be Right-Hand Drive (RHD)
In Dominica, no inspection is required for imported cars.
Import Duty: 40% of customs value.
Customs Service Charge (CSC): 3% of customs value.
Environmental Surcharges: $3,000 per unit for vehicles 5+ years old; 1% of customs value for vehicles under 5 years old.
Excise Tax: 28% of customs value + import duty + CSC (exemption for diplomats).
Value Added Tax (VAT): 15% of customs value + import duty + CSC + excise tax.
Registration and Proof of Ownership are required.

Not my first imported car, but definitely one of my favorite. This car arrived in very good condition and drives smoothly. The cabin space is excellent for family use and passengers have enough room. One thing I liked from SAT Japan was vehicle information. They provide many details, auction information and support during shipping process. It helped me make decision without stress. Driving experience is comfortable and stable. Engine response is good and vehicle feels solid on the road. The design also looks modern compared to some other family cars in same budget range. I can honestly say both the car and exporter met my expectations. Everything was handled professionally and the vehicle has been performing great since arrival. Definitely a purchase I do not regret.
First thing I notice about this Suzuki Alto is how easy it is to drive. Small size make parking very simple and fuel consumption is amazing. It is perfect for city movement. The buying journey was smooth. SAT Japan staff guide me from vehicle selection until shipping. Every document was arranged properly. I did not have previous import experience, so that support helped a lot. I also appreciate condition of the vehicle. Interior was neat and engine running nice. For a small car, it feels surprisingly comfortable. If somebody need affordable transport without spending too much on fuel, Alto is a smart choice.
