I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

Not my first imported car, but first time using SAT Japan. Difference was customer service. They were patient even when I ask many repeated questions. Car itself is in very nice condition. Hybrid system working perfect and engine very quiet. I use the vehicle mostly inside city and it feels easy to drive in traffic. Air conditioning is strong and suspension is comfortable enough for our roads. Shipping took some time, but this was explained before purchase so no issue. The car looked exactly like inspection report. No hidden damage, no unexpected repairs. Overall, I am satisfied customer. Good vehicle, fair price and professional handling from SAT Japan. I buy this Toyota Probox from SAT Japan few months before and till now car is doing very good. At first I was looking cheap business vehicle but also wanted something reliable for everyday use.
