Received my Audi A3 form Hambantota Port today. The Car is almost Brand New, just 55Km on the Odo Meter and in excellent condition. I was a bit apprehensive at first, but eventually was at ease when I saw the car on delivery it was just as advertised. Price and Shipping costs to Sri Lanka was perfect. There seemed to be a bit of a delay in the receipt of the Original documents and after many calls and emails, the docs arrived a bout 2 weeks after the car arrived at Port! I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

Very beautiful blue colour! When I first saw my Nissan Note after arrival, I was really excited. The front design looks sporty and the paint still has good shine. Inside is comfortable, steering is light and parking this car is very easy. It also feels quiet when moving around town. My experience with SAT Japan was positive from beginning. I selected the car online, received detailed information and completed the buying steps with their guidance. They also informed me about shipment progress, so I was not completely in dark. The vehicle reached safely and condition matched what I ordered. I have been driving it and everything is going fine. For my first imported Japanese car, this was a good experience.

Small outside, but very comfortable inside. That is what surprised me about this Nissan Note. The car is clean, modern looking and easy to control in busy roads. Fuel consumption is also friendly for my daily use. Air conditioner works well and the engine response is nice. I found this vehicle through SAT Japan and their website had clear photos, mileage and condition information. The sales person answered my questions without forcing me to buy quickly. After payment, I received shipping updates and required papers. When the car arrived, it was almost same like shown in pictures. This silver Toyota Hiace is now with me and I like it so much. First thing I noticed was the clean appearance. The van looks neat, tyres are okay and cabin has enough room for passengers. Driving position is comfortable, especially when travelling long road. Buying car from another country was making me little worried before. But SAT Japan staff kept communication and showed me the vehicle details before purchase. Shipping and clearance needed some time, but the van arrived safely. Now we are using it for family and transport purpose without problem. I can say SAT Japan made the import easier for me. Very useful van and I am satisfied.
I received my Toyota Hiace and honestly the vehicle condition is very good. Body is clean, front chrome still shining and inside also came better than I expected. Engine running smooth and there is no strange noise while driving. I needed this van mainly for business work because it has good space and strong performance.
