Owning a premium vehicle was always my goal, but I wanted to buy it from a company that values honesty more than marketing. SAT Japan gave me confidence by providing clear inspection details and responding quickly whenever I asked about the vehicle. That level of support made the whole experience feel professional. The Audi arrived in excellent condition and looks even better in person. The drive is smooth, the interior feels luxurious, and the performance is exactly what I hoped for. I found one small stone chip on the lower front bumper, but it is a normal sign of use and does not affect the car in any way. I am very pleased with this purchase and would gladly choose SAT Japan again for my next import.
I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?
